Laboratory Technical Services
At GBS the laboratory is the focus of everything we provide to our clients. Our scientists have extensive expertise in the clinical, public health and food testing laboratories. Clients may choose from the following partial menu. However, we strongly encourage clients to first advise us of their needs since much of our offerings are custom tailored to each client’s requirements.
- Laboratory design and setup including preparation of comprehensive lists of equipment, tools and supplies customized to the client needs. We also offer the option for GBS to procure these equipment and supplies from its trusted sources around the world.
- Prepare Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and standardized testing protocols.
- Prepare Quality Control/Quality Assurance (QC/QA) protocols.
- Develop laboratory safety procedures and manuals.
- Develop guidance for hazardous waste management and disposal.
- Provide a small in-house reference library.
- Prepare guidance for laboratory certification / accreditation throughout the project.
- Laboratory standardization assistance based on international guidelines.
- Laboratory forecasting assistance.
- Supply chain and laboratory management assistance.
- Other services as needed.
