Human Resource Development
Human Resource Development (HRD) in the laboratory is the process for helping laboratory personnel develop their personal and organizational skills, knowledge, and abilities. The process goes far beyond traditional training of an individual to perform certain functions. HRD includes opportunities such as training, career development, performance management and development, coaching, mentoring, succession planning and organization development.
At GBS we offer multi-component HRD programs focused on building the capacity of the laboratory workers both individually and as part of a system. We provide three individual modules, each providing both training and knowledge transfer. Clients may select individual modules as needed or the complete program containing all three modules.
