Performance, Careers & Succession Planning

GBS offers assistance in developing guidelines for Performance Evaluations and Career Development of the laboratory staff. As part of this service we also provide assistance to develop a plan for employee succession that will allow work continuity upon the departure of staff members due to resignation, promotion or retirement.
